Storage conditions and consumption time: Rodda’s Cornish Clotted Cream will be delivered to you frozen. The Best Before Date is printed on the packaging, and it applies only when the clotted cream is kept frozen. Minimum Best Before Date: 4 months from delivery date. To defrost, place it in the fridge and leave it for 6 hours or longer. Once defrosted, please consume within 10 days.
Additional tips: If you’re not gonna be needing the whole lot at once, we recommend carefully portioning it out so you can thaw the amount you need at a given time while keeping the rest frozen for next time.

Orders that include more than one item are given processing time for each item.

Returns
Stock is dynamic. It is not managed entirely by us, as we have multiple parties such as the factory and our storage. The actual stock can fluctuate at any time. Please understand it may happen that your order will be out of stock when your order has been made.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If you don't receive your product within the 30 days period, we are not able to issue a refund or an exchange.
Your item should be in its original packaging and not be used. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
