This is a natural sweetener obtained from the slow cooking of Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes’ must. Deeply linked to the countryside tradition, it used to be served on cheeses, to make energy drinks, to heal sore throat.
Ideal for preparation of cocktails and long drinks and can be used on tender cheeses, cured meat (eg. pork, turkey, ham), fruit salad, fresh and cooked fruit, ice-cream, yogurt, pancakes, cheesecakes and muffins.
