The black cherries are dipped in the dough of the traditional panettone whole, irregularly shaped because pitted still fresh, candied naturally for several weeks. This is a delicious panettone, with a delicate bouquet and a sweet taste, but at the same time pleasantly sour.
This is the most delicious of the fruit panettone: the taste and aroma of black cherries fill the palate and the air; the candied fruit remains juicy and dyes the soft and “airy” dough of a delicate pink -purple color … greedy only at the sight!
