This Butter Cake is made using Netherend Farm Butter. It gives a dark brownish outer crust and a golden yellow in the inner. We have intentionally baked it to the Brittany style. It is unlike the usual butter cake found locally. This is less moist, and it is crafted towards a distinct fragrance and taste of butter.
A good butter does make a difference! It’s a Butter Cake that we are pleased to recommend.
Because we want you to enjoy it at its best, our recommendation: it is not necessary to keep it in the fridge if you are likely to consume within 2 to 3 days. Should you keep it in the fridge, best to enjoy it after 10mins or so. The taste of the butter would be more obvious when it is left (after a while) at the room temperature.
