Only 40 hectares of the best San Giuliano farms distributed in the Alghero area have been dedicated to the production of this Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Primér means “the first” in Algherese, the name with which the Manca family called this oil obtained from olives harvested at the beginning of the olive oil campaign before the winter arrived.
