San Giuliano Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced under the direct control of ICEA (Institute for Environmental Certification). The olive groves dedicated to this oil have been cultivated since the early 1990s with organic methods for sustainable rural development. The olives, carefully selected, are cold worked in the modern company oil mill which allows to keep intact all their precious organoleptic characteristics.
